Genna (Ethiopian Christmas) Doro is the Doro Wat prepared for Christmas morning — made after the 43-day Advent fast, served as the breaking of the fast alongside lamb Key Wat. The combination of chicken and lamb on the Christmas mesob is the most complete Ethiopian celebration feast of the year.
