🥑 Tanzanian Avocado Salsa
Salsa ya Parachichi
Tanzanian Salsa ya Parachichi — ripe avocado mashed with tomato, onion, lemon, and coriander. The Tanzanian avocado condiment that accompanies nyama choma, pilau, and grilled fish — creamy, fresh, and completely irresistible.
Tanzania produces excellent avocados — and Tanzanian avocado salsa is simpler and more honest than the Mexican guacamole it resembles. The tomato and coriander make it Tanzanian; the lemon keeps it bright.
