🍋 Ethiopian Spiced Lemon
ሎሚ ቅቤ — Lomi Qibe
Ethiopian Lemon-Kibbeh Condiment — lemon juice mixed with melted kibbeh and a pinch of salt, served warm alongside grilled fish. The simplest of the Ethiopian condiments — the acid of lemon cutting through the fat of kibbeh into a bright, clean sauce.
This simple condiment is a lakeside restaurant staple — served warm in a small pot alongside grilled fish, the lemon-kibbeh provides an acid-fat balance that perfectly complements the charcoal-grilled berbere fish.

- 2 tbsp kibbeh — melted
