Ingredients
Equipment: Saucepan, Whisk
- 1 cup cassava flour or maize flour
- 3 tbsp freshly roasted and ground groundnuts
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp honey
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Whisk flour with 1 cup cold water until smooth.
- Bring remaining 3 cups water to a simmer.
- Pour flour mixture in slowly, whisking constantly.
- Cook 12—15 minutes, stirring, until thick.
- Stir in ground roasted peanuts.
- Remove from heat. Add honey and salt.
- Serve warm.
