Method
- Prepare all bread components — vitumbua, mahamri, and chapati.
- Arrange fresh fruit on a platter.
- Make pili pili scrambled eggs: beat eggs with salt. Scramble in butter over medium-low heat with a pinch of pili pili and fresh coriander. Remove while still slightly underdone.
- Slice avocado. Dress with lime juice and flaky salt.
- Set up accompaniments: honey in a small bowl, chatni ya Nazi in a ramekin, kachumbari in a small bowl.
- Brew chai and baobab juice.
