      Method

      2. Morning of: roast groundnuts. Prepare all sauces and kachumbari.
      3. Two hours before: begin charcoal for mishkaki and corn.
      4. One hour before: deep-fry muhogo chips and sambusa. Prepare viazi karai batter.
      5. 30 minutes before: grill mishkaki and corn over charcoal.
      6. 15 minutes before: fry viazi karai and bhajia.
      7. Final 15 minutes: make chips mayai. Cut mango on sticks.
      8. Assemble the table: everything at once, hot from the respective heat source.
